Lyn Sia Rosmarin has spent the past 22 years building successful businesses and launching impactful initiatives, drawing on her background in capital markets to create value with both purpose and precision.

Her serendipitous journey into investing eventually led her to discover a deep passion for guiding companies on socially innovative strategies—seamlessly integrating continuous customer engagement into their business models.

Her leadership and vision have not gone unnoticed. In 2020, she was honored with the Great Women of the Year Award for Design by Female Singapore, and in 2016, she earned a spot on Prestige Singapore’s 40 Under 40 list.

Lyn is also an active contributor to various trade association committees and gives back as a mentor to students from her alma maters—the University of Newcastle upon Tyne (UK) and Montpellier Business School (FR). She also serves on the school advisory board of her former high school in Singapore.

Together with director Trevor, Lyn continues to grow ventures that reflect their shared commitment to purpose-driven innovation. Having benefited from a gifted education herself, she is deeply passionate about giving back. Her focus lies in youth development, education, and sports—particularly in underserved communities across South Asia—where she aims to foster opportunity and meaningful change.
